Respectful Harvesting Guidelines

At Trixies Tongass Tonics we know how important our plants are for food and for medicine. We harvest plants  with LOVE and with reciprocity for healing our body and 
spirit and we always respect the plants, do whats best and thank them for being here for us.  Tlingit ancestors hand down stories of plants being our relatives, each with their own spirit and love. We (teach to) harvest respectfully  and with a good heart and we remain connected to the land, to our ancestors, and to all life.

We know that people will always protect what they love and this is the foundation of our business, to continue to learn and share what we know about plant medicine through our products and our teachings. It us our goal to encourage people to learn about plants and make their own connections for health and healing.

It is our mission to bring the magic of
plant medicine to the world, from an indigenous perspective and ensure the magic of the plants and the medicine is here, for all the generations to come.
